LEASE
LENGTH: Any prices listed reflect monthly rates for our standard 12 month leases. Short term leases are negotiable at additional cost. |

RENT
DISCOUNT:
Rents advertised are discounted 10%. These prices stand assuming rent is received by the fifth of the month. In addition, each apartment is charged a concierge fee of $7.00 a month so you can reach us 7 days a week. |

RESPONSIBILITY
FOR UTILITIES:
Tenants can pay to have their utilities included in the rent or pay a pro-rata share of buildings utilities based on the actual utility bills with no mark up. |

|
PARKING:
Off street parking is available at all suburban properties. Parking is between $30 a month per car. Rates vary by building. |

PET
POLICY:
Cats are welcomed to any of our apartments for an additional fee of $15 per month plus $150 at lease signing. $50 per month for dogs. All pets must be pre-approved. |
