The information below is not intended as a complete disclosure of all rental terms, but is provided to answer the most commonly asked questions...

LEASE LENGTH:
Any prices listed reflect monthly rates for our standard 12 month leases. Short term leases available.
RENT DISCOUNT:
Rents advertised are discounted 10%. These prices stand assuming rent is received by the fifth of the month. 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR UTILITIES:
Tenants can pay to have their common utilities included in the rent or pay a pro-rata share of building's utilities based on the actual utility bills with no mark up.

You can choose to either pay a flat rent per month, with most utilities included, or a lesser amount where we bill you back for your  actual share of the utilities.  If less energy is used by the building, your share for the utilities goes down.  In a mild winter, for instance, you would not use as much heat and save on utilities.

PARKING:
Off street parking is available at all suburban properties. Tenant parking is around $30 a month per car and guest parking is around $10 a month. Rates vary by building. 
PET POLICY:
Cats are welcomed to any of our apartments for an additional fee of $35 per month plus $150 at lease signing.  $35 per month for dogs.  All pets must be pre-approved.
