What is the length of a typical lease?

All prices listed reflect monthly rates for our standard 12 month leases.

Is there a late fee if the rent is received late?

The rental prices currently advertised are discounted by 10%. These prices stand assuming rent is received by the 5th of every month. If rent is received after the 5th of the month the tenant no longer qualifies for the discounted price.

Are utilities included?

Heat and water are included for most, but not all of our apartments. Please view our apartment availability page to see which apartments offer this option.

Off-street parking is available at all suburban properties for an additional cost.
